I dont know if it's the same for a s13 as it is for the s14, butI saw an s14 with 295/35/18's on the back and I think 245/35/18's in the front. I thought the 295's were overkill, until I went for a ride and he was breaking them lose in second gear. Man that car was fast, he had a s15 sr20det w/ a 6-speed.

Hello,

If your tires are rubbing the strut spring seat then you need to move the wheels/tires outboard. Wheel spacers sound like the way to go.

Also, if you're going to use spacers, make sure you don't run out of room on the bolt, if you need longer bolts, I know you can get them, I dunno if it's Nismo or Nissan, but they probably have them at the dealer.

Most people with any spacers bigger then 5mm or 1/4" go with longer studs. H&R Spacers come with studs. H&R's are pricey but about the best.
