Nothing voids your warranty unless it can be proven that a certain mod caused the failure. I always hear mixed things on dealerships providing full warranties on Mopar upgrades, but it's always safe to assume that they are not going to warranty stage 1,2 or 3. But as said, you will not have warranty on the parts replaced, but you will still have warranty on everything else unless they can prove that one of your replaced parts caused the failure.
