I've never done this before
I need to make my car faster and I was thinking about going Supercharger or Turbocharger....but I don't know which one is better for my car....so my question is, "in general", what would most tuners say would be better in attaining less wear and tear on my car....SC or TC? Money is not important...if anyone has any suggestions, they would be greatly appreciated.

I would do your research, like somebody above said supercharger is lower hp output in kit form but you can do just about the same with both. turbo will have low end lag due to exhaust driven so rpm must go up for turbo to begin to spool hence TURBO LAG! s/c are belt driven off the engine and can be screw type or roots where boost comes on almost instantly. centrifical again is belt driven takes slightly longer to spool but still faster than almost all turbo set ups.
the other factor is the super charger is belt driven so you are using power to make power were as a turbo uses exhaust so your gains are not costing any power? so it basically comes to how much power you want and the components that are avaliable. also have to remember the more boost the bigger the chances of blowing headgaskets, detonation etc. so you should really have the compression ratio dropped from normal vehicle 9.5-10.5:1 to 8.0-9.0:1 and use good head bolts and gaskets. same goes for nitrous use in large amounts anyway! good luck with whatever you chhose both very good power adders when done correctly!
