not just that but will you really need that setup? is the motor built at all? i hope so.

oh and doesnt the brake caliper and motor color scheme remind you guys of the eighties? neon purple and green? other than the colors on those parts it will be a nice show car but you will have trouble winning too much considering everyone and their mom has an EG coupe for show. and most have a lot more work on them than you do.

Well thats why you are a critic and not a judge.......And after your fast and furious comment I will dismiss you as a decent critic. As for the fuel system I have been looking at the Tec3 system. Since you are a F&F nut I kinda doubt you know much about it.....But for your reading pleasure I will drop a link here for you..... The motor will be getting a supercharger, zex wet system, cams etc...Tec3

Would love to see the critics rides......But it seems they have more time to be on the net then to improve upon their cars. And as for jameskersten ......You must like what you see because you sure look at it alot...........And the calipers will change as soon as I find the brembos I want. And for the fellas comment about people with alot more work in their car than mine.......keep in mind that the car is not even close to being done......... <evil laugh> I have built and shown VW GTI.(which was featured in lowrider mag back in the late 80's) Mustangs, vettes, trucks and I would feel safe in saying there are alot of them as well.......But it would be no fun if it was not always a challenge.

Thank you Sir........

I think that each individual that builds their own car should do it the way they see that it expresses them. And the colors are very eye catching....I have not heard a single negative from anyone in the city I live in. I will continue posting up pics of the progress on a regualar basis. But everyone has an opinion and the negatives only make me work harder.......So keep the comments coming.

Thanks everyone.

E.Honda.

i either like it a lot, or think is god ugly. you decide since you are building it for yourself anyways. i am a critic not a judge but what are most judges in these shows? the F&F comment was kind of a joke dude, relax. i just thought about the movie where he is racing and watching his laptop at the same time. funny shit. as for your fuel comment and my lack of knowledge, i do know my stuff about tuning but more in the hondata area. i believe in their system far more then anyone else for the money. we each have our own opinions.
the the comment about building our own cars. honestly i work at a honda dealership working on cars 40+hrs a week, so i work on many cars, its kinda nice not to work on a car every minute of your life like the weekends or evenings. some people do it, and burn them selves out of cars. i love cars and love working on them more so i dont want to risk ruining it. plus my gf gets mad if i spend too much time on my own car. i have many things sitting on my bench at work waiting to install, mostly motor shit but.... again i have my reasons why i havent yet. anyways good luck with your ride. you have proven to me that you are happy with your style which means more to me then how fast you can make it.

Re: Okay got some body panels in the fitiment stage

Ok a question for you......Since you know the honda. b16a2 with dc header, act light weight flywheel, cold air intake, vortec supercharger (running say 10 lbs) and a zex wet system with the norm cam gears and ignition mods.......bhp?......rwhp?.....

Re: Okay got some body panels in the fitiment stage

are you asking me for an honest response or trying to prove me wrong? either way. rwhp? um i hope you meant real wheel hp not rear wheel hp. i am sure you know the answer. as for your mods? i would say somewhere near 300whp. hard to say wihtout knowing what SC very well. i am not very familier with vortec, i know of them and very little more then that. the jackson racing supercharger at 10psi on a b18c1 with hondata s200, 450cc injectors, and basic intake and dc headers and full exhaust, netted 286whp. impressive in my opinion, which a zex wet kit, it would push it over 300whp for sure, i wouldnt expect a b16 to be much less.

Re: Okay got some body panels in the fitiment stage

I was looking for rwhp.......Horsepower to the wheels......LOL.......Actually it should be fwhp....Anyway power at the wheel....And no I did no math to check the power.....does not really matter as I am not building to race on a reg basis. Was more curious than anything.

Off the topic sorta....

Heres another hobby of mine.....Just on a smaller scale...Capable of 80 plus miles per hour near 5hp.....4 wheel drive, disk brake, 22 inches wide.
I have built these for nascar racers who say they run em in the infield while at the track. I did one of these fully polished for a member of Jack Roush's team and he had a harder time driving this than a nascar car. Is that right? "NASCAR CAR"?....Or is it just "NASCAR"?
Anyway just thought it be interesting to share...lol.

Check this out.

Does anyone have any goodies I am overlooking for my Honda?........I am always open to a good deal. Things I am looking for right now.

Supercharger.....And assoctiated parts...re: fuel fump, injectors so on.

LSD for a gsr 5 spd tranny
Some Brembo calipers....Anyone know the stock caliper measurement from the center of the mounting holes? I have already put on a new Tenzo brake kit and would prefer to keep them.

Zex wet nitrous system....

DVD SYSTEM...... CAR AUDIO EQUIPMENT.....Up for anything nice.....
Or anything you might think I can use.

93 honda civic
2 door coupe
b16a w/5spd gsr tranny
