1992 Sentra Strereo Wiring Guide?
Hey all,
My Alpine deck was recently smash'n'grabbed and im replacing it with a temporary solution. Problem is I don't remember the colour codes for the speaker wiring on this car (as well as the rest of the wires.) Im guessing black is power, but thats about all. If anybody knows the colour codes for the wiring I would greatly appreciate a reply! Tuneless. |

Re: 1992 Sentra Strereo Wiring Guide?
black is ground
yellow is permanent power red is switched power blue is antenna blue w/ white stripe is remote lead to amp green, purple, etc are speaker wires, not sure which one goes to which speaker but it's easy to figure out Take a AA battery and put one terminal on one color wire, and put the other terminal on the same color wire but with the stripe. Listen to which speaker makes a "pop" sound and wire it up. Make sure you're consistent, always use the wire with the stripe as + or always use it as -. Which one doesn't matter, just as long as you're consistent with all the speakers.
