that didn't help one bit. i replaced the sensor but the guage did go anywhere. now i think its the thermostat. im gonna replace tomorrow. hope it has something to do with the guage movin!

i replaced the thermostat and the car almost overheated. when i say hot i mean hot. the guage is still not working. i touched the wire on the sender to a positive and the guage moved so i know the wire is ok but why is the gauge still not moving. im bout to buy a radiator and see if it helps me any

I'm confused...

Was your car overheating to begin with or do you just have a faulty gauge?
