well if its not standard then an mtx swap should beyour first upgrade. For the engine an iceman, UDP, long tube header and muffler will make it pretty quick. then slam it and get some 17's, kits up to you

Re: Dis my Neon

Swap to mtx will be $$$$$ though. Intake and header. That's what most start with. After that get your exhaust opened up. More coming in needs more going out. MTX would be better than a atx though. MTX will beat an auto every time. If you get a CAI get an ECU upgrade to go along with it. All that extra air won't do any good without more fuel to go along with it and the stock ECU won't give it to you.

Re: Dis my Neon

Oh, and a mid tube header would help your mid range more. Long tube header gives you a little more top end. It's up to you which you want more.

I swapped my neon for a little $600 with a mp pcm and new clutch.

I actually have all the parts to swap over a neon for $300 w/o the clutch. or I sell it all with a centerforce clutch for $500. I live in Ct shipping is like $100-$150, if interested email me I'll send you some pics, [email protected]
