Re: Anyone with legitimate Night7Racing related problems

Sorry for that long deep analysis of my own personal enlightenment. But it is good advice.

Take it to heart, and do your own research.

Be your own authority.

Re: Anyone with legitimate Night7Racing related problems

For the record (unless you are a child) you can be civilly held accountable for any financial transactions as a non-employee for another.

In reality by not being bound to the company sets you up for a worse fate than not as you will be paying your own legal expenses.

Hate to say it but whether Motorex is gouging or not is moot. Most buyers of these kinds of 'toys' could give a shit less on the cost...they want hassle-free. You are talking about something most of the US can't buy themselves outright (whether it's a $25k or $80k Skyline), and will have to dip in to their home's equity most of the time. They want to be sure they get what they are buying.

I have a friend that is constant 'bouncing' BS ideas off of me....his last was doing 40-50 late model RX7's a month at $30-50k a pop....it's just not realistic.

Re: Anyone with legitimate Night7Racing related problems

How can I be accountable for anything. I haven't handled funds of any kind...

I am a promoter... That is IT. Once again this brings me back to my example. Anyone who said "NSR is good" is now accountable for everything. That is basically all I do.

Now how does that tie me into anything? Esspecially since I am only 17.

And you are right, Skylines arent realistic for most people. Me included. 300ZX works just fine... For now at least .

The main purpose of my post there wasnt to talk about pricing. It was to talk about how even MotoRex, and RB Motoring (companies who are supposed to be the most by the books, legit importation companies) are getting around the law somehow. And they personally dont care about our importation or sales methods.

-Can this PLEASE end now?

If you want to speak off AF. You can feel more than free to speak with me via AIM at NISMO LMR. Look forward to speaking with you man, take it easy.

Commissions are based on profits, and if you have very received any money, you are 100% a part of that company and you just implicated yourself as well. i've work off of full comission many times, its just a differnt pay struture. and, if the money that you get is commission off of sales profits from NSR, and taxes are not being deducted and your not listed as an employee, the IRS may take interest in that. let whoever say what they want abour NSR. but take some advice and don't dig any new holes for them or yourself. you a may be 17, but your never too young for an audit.

Sure shut your pie hole.

However being the babe you are it's a moot point, anyone that would drop major cash on you is an idiot for all intents and purposes.

Should you have been an adult (whether in a 300ZX or not) you'd be in the same boat Night is.

Would you like a new shovel for the hole you are digging?

The amount of 'shops' promising 'y0 JDM tight shit' each month and never delivering is uncountable and each has a team of pubescent chaps chomping at the bit for fame and fortune.

I stand by everything I say and can back it all up with factual evidence. You know I'm truely sick of playing games already.... and Fred if you read this, I tried and cameron or one of his associates is bringing me to this pissed off point, I will be following through with everything I have said I would and I will be doing my best to end this crap.

Re: Anyone with legitimate Night7Racing related problems

I am thinking his plan is similar to below (as I have been approached to use my wife's connects to do a lot of importing which would be illegal...she is from Japan only 2 years ago and her family is all mechanics...before anyone says what does a 'kid' know of importing...we are both closer to 40 than we are 20 ).

1) import engines have them delivered to possibly even a third party.

2) import chassis....perhaps minus fenders and interiors, brake components, wheels, etc...import them as salvage or scrap, etc anything but a 'drivable vehicle'

3) import the rest or buy it pre-imported stateside.

4) piece it all back together on the backend and sell the 'cars' as wall-art, advertising, non-drivable demo vehicle, a race car, a kit car, a new 'model' prototype, etc.

The fact is most of these younger people with the ambitions of bringing in a non-financible vehicle with a small niche market and seen as a toy/second or third vehicle by most of the purchasers aren't understanding that Motorex and the others *know* they will not sell Skylines to teens and financially weaker clients. Whether you shave $10k off making for $15k to 78k Skylines, even at $15k most of the country is not going to have that kind of cash to plop down on a weekend car. That's just at the older/entry level...most of america will never drive even a car with a $30k MSRP on it at time of purchase.

All of you who knew NISMO LMR and ZOSO saw that... I will E-Mail you tonight man, we will have a nice talk about Cameron and his bussiness. Im a 17 year old who loves Skylines, and like's selling Skylines...

I appoligize for anyone who had any headache over anything to do with NSR. Please E-Mail me at if you would like to talk. Thanks guys.

Yes I remember you and I also remember Igor banning ZOSO personally. So in effect he's banned you. So in that respect your nick has been fulfilled.

I honestly don't care how old you are what I can about is the integraty of AF. Now from what I gather Night and Cameron one and the same. Unless proven otherwise. If you are part of the solution you are part of the problem. Pretty simple.

Night was banned for very obvious reasons. Ones that can be read about in the Skyline forums, United States section. It's a sticky so not hard to find.

RBMotoring is still going through the process of being legit. Sean Morris and or anyone else who works there got their Skylines through MotoRex.

Seeming as they cant even legalize Skylines past 1996 due to OBDII standards. And yet, somehow, Hiro has a "legal" 2002 Nür Skyline that has been seen driven on roads, I also have pictures of this. And, RB Motorings BERT (2000 Skyline GTR) has been spotted in Las Vegas (in SCC magazine) and I have pictures of Bert in someone's driveway, on the tracks, and now... On the streets of Las Vegas. And yet they arent legal... If you are an RI (which RB Motoring, and MotoRex are) you cannot drive an imported vehicle past your premises, until it is legal... And 1996+ CAN NOT BE LEGAL! Does RB Motorings premises stretch to Las Vegas?.. Hmmm, sounds like a violation to me?
MotoRex was doing the R34's legally but they let their paperwork laps. I'll find the thread on it, but right now sorry I have to go. I'll continue this later though.

Until then the thread stays or should remain open.
