Re: Anyone with legitimate Night7Racing related problems

He's fucking me and a bunch of other people over. His is feeding people line of bullshit about their refunds, taking forever to send/order parts and lying or coming up with excuses for it, He is flat out refusing a refund to me for a product that he had falsely advertised, he is openly degrading my character in public forums and local car shows/events, he is illegally operating his business without a business license, he is not charging local sales tax, he is illegally selling skylines as legal road cars, he has committed mail fraud, false advertising, and various other things.

He has basically dropped off the face of the earth and is not answering phone calls or emails. I tried calling him three times today from different numbers to no avail. This time I want cameron gone and gone for good, he needs to realize he just fucked with the wrong person and he isn't untouchable. I already have favors underway and calls going into the proper channels.... so any additional cases would help speed this along. This shit needs to stop before it turns into what happend at afterdark tuning and cameron 6 months ago.

Re: Anyone with legitimate Night7Racing related problems

Yeah its my fault I even gave cameron a Chance after the first fiasco.... but hey most people deserve a second chance and obviously he didn't. Derek is a good guy its cameron that is the problem and it wouldn't surprise me if zoso was cameron. My situation is taken being taken care of by an outside source not cameron or his company. As for many other people they don't have the luxury I do and I'm trying to get tis to happen for them plus I want to see camerons business gone for good if he wants to be as shady as he is. I didn't want to see it escalte to this level or turn into this personal battle, but he obviously felt the need to bring it to this point.

I would like to warn any people looking to do business w/ cameron that he has the devils tongue and is a two faced liar. He's your best friend until he gets your money and then after that he doesn't know you. Please if anyone has any sour business dealings with him still pending a result or restitution please contact me.

I've heard countless horror stories about night7...they're supposedly "reformed" now and don't rip people off "anymore." I'd never give them my money. Sean Morris owned the hell outta Cam on the AF Skyline forums, he proved what he was doing with importing Skylines is totally illegal. I wouldn't trust him.

Re: Anyone with legitimate Night7Racing related problems

I know nothing of Night7, but if a company is saying "we don't rip off people anymore", I'd avoid them....sort of like a liar saying "Trust me!"

Some good info:
1) Do not deal with unlicensed businesses...a business license is cheap and makes the entity legal...it may still be crooked though.

2) If buying a large item that is as-is (esp. from overseas) find out who the burden falls on if it arrives incomplete. More often than not it's the 'SHOP' not doing there homework and getting screwed. There are quite a few dishonest overseas companies shipping out junk...most 'fly by night' shops cannot afford to 'eat' the bad deal they made....so they stick the customer with it. This JDM craze is fueling the bank accounts of many crooks. You cannot sue someone outside the country.

3) A good website is easy (well sort of), getting parts for your dollar is easy, however for problems finding good customer service is the hard part. Many fly by nights have barely enough time set aside to run their 'businesses', yet alone handling phone calls....alot of companies don't even have phone numbers listed and if they do, it's always voice mail.

4) Refunds are a tricky thing....more often than not the small shop has the money spent before you even have your part. They don't even have business accounts and if they do, they have no operating capital. This is why having $10k just sitting as a business is a wise move...

Good luck to everyone that's been shafted.

Re: Anyone with legitimate Night7Racing related problems

Oh, shit! I used to talk to Zoso before he got banned! He used to hang-out in the Z forum and I was even thinking about buying an RB26DETT from his company... he used to run his mouth about Night7 all the time! I e-mailed him shortly after he was banned but he never contacted me back! Those fucks.... This is the second "I got ripped off by so-and-so..." thread! That pisses me off! Did Zoso rip anyone off??? I gotta let the guys in the Z forum know about this!

Hey:musicsurfman!!! Would you mine posting this thread in the Z forums???
