Tiny detail part needed

Folks,

I've got lots of different photoeteched cable connectors, but what I really need is some kind of 3-dimensional cable connector. This would be a tiny cube, or half-round tube, or some such shape, with a hole drilled for the wire. I'm talking about .5 mm or thereabouts.

Does anyone know of such a thing? Or can you suggest how to make it? Cutting a tiny length of half round and trying to drill a hole in it is just not cutting it.

~~ Paul

At that size a drop of glue would look ok...
If you have to buy something you can look at 'seed' beads at a craft or bead shop.

Yeah, a bit of white glue, applied with the tip of a toothpick, I find frequently looks terrific for a wire connector. This is the very best thing I've found to simulate a rubber spark plug boot or the like. Paint it whatever color you need.

Another approach is to get some small diameter insulated wire (from Radio Shack, etc.), and strip of a length of the insulation- it makes great small diameter tubing.
