how to make a new front window for a truck?

i cant find the model number for my harely f-150 so i am stuck to making a new front window.

what will i need, and how do i get the curves, and how thick of what stuff to use?

a tutorial with pics could be great, i searched all the tutorials but nothing

Try to find some one with the truck and try to get them to sell it to you. Check the classifieds section.

OR

Attempt to build one from another truck windsheild that has the similar windsheild shape.

OR

Build one from scratch out of .020 clear styrene. However that would be pretty hard considering the windsheild in a compound curve.

never mind, i found the original window. AIt was in the unsespecting place. right on my work bench, right under a piece of sand paper, i searched and searched then to find it there was a relief

but if tou dont have a front window you can take the top of a pizza salad box that is clear and then make it fit=P
