brakes squeeking when not deperessed
Hello folks. I have an interesting problem here. I am getting a squeeking sound from the right front wheel well but only when I am not using the brakes. It sounds much like a balloon when filled and then the neck is pulled to create that annoying sqeeeeek. As I have said this only happens when moving and as soon as I press on the brakes it stops. The noise is also louder when I am in reverse. I have so far inspected all of the rubber and steel lines to make sure one of them wasn't kinked for I thought that there may have been an obstuction causing this noise but this is not the case. Can someone PLEASE tell me what this noise is caused by?

Maybe check your calipers, i had the same problem with my oldsmobile (i know it's not a honda but just an idea). But I went through 3 sets of calipers in about 2 months cause they were put on incorrectly and pushed the brake pads into the rotors; especially when I turned a corner. Like i said just a thought...

I think I have it narrowed down to either the brake pad itself or one of the clips that holds the pad on has come loose. This sounds a little strange to me but I can't even get the wheel off. It would appear to be rusted to the rotor. As well as when wiggling the wheel to try and remove it I only got the noise when pushing on the front of the tire and rotated it. When i pushed on the rear of the tire I didn't get any noise.
