Reliability and Maintence

so im stuck, i am either going to get a 95 M3 or a late model 944.

ive read tons and posted on an m3 forum tons and learned all bout it. Super reliable, low maintence but it does cost a pretty penny when you need to.

however, i have not found such luck until just now on any decent porsche forums.

Well, my question is... how does the general 944 Turbo share in its quest. Does it need lots of work frequently, does it cost alot, how much are mods for it, basically, the costs of the car and maintaining it and mods.

thanks a bunch
