Reliability and safety?

If anyone knows of some places with safety and reliability (how often will it break down) on a 3000gt i would appreciate them pointing me in that direction. thanks.

Also, is 12k (i can probably get it down to like 11.5k or so) good for a '95 3000GT SL, 5 speed, 60k miles, and most of the trimmings?

You should be able to get it for less then that. I've got the VR4 models, but they are pretty solid. Like most sport cars, they can have problems if the driver abused the vehicle. Got to www.3si.org to get all the info you might want and need.
