94 Grand AM Bad Ignition?
The car has had a few times when I had to turn the key 2-4 times to start cranking. Now nothing at all. I changed the starter, but still nothing. Maybe ignition switch?

Check to see if you have power at the solenoid (purple wire)when you turn the ignition switch to the start position. (This can be done with a test light) if not, you probally have a bad ignition switch.
Also there is a recall on these vehicles to add a relay into the start circuit. (the recall won't fix your problem, but it will prevent it from happening again)
