Anyone ever had a problem with a Trooper leaking coolant? I had a pressure test done on my radiator that told me things were fine. One old guy at a shop couldn't tell where it was coming from as everything is pretty jammed together. It seems to leak after I drive it, and even worse, it tends to overheat when it's summertime. Fortunately it's VERY cold in Duluth now, which is good for my truck. Anyhow, I'm starting to think my problem could lie in my water pump not functioning properly. If anyone has any insight into this, please let me know.
Thanks! Chet |

Re: 92 Trooper troubles!
Can you actually see coolant, or is the resevoir constantly getting low? If you don't see it, then you may have a blown head gasket. In this case the exhaust would be steamy with coolant leaking into the cylinder. Try a good leak sealer like Bars.
