95 honda civic lx idle problem

i just change the head gasket and got it running about a month ago and it seems to idle funny. After i start it it is fine for a second and then it revs a very little and i know its not coolant low because i checked it and i know that theres noo air in the cooling system. but i don't know it this is normal because it didn't do it when i got it that spring. any input would help cause it is bugging the shit out of me. so please tell me what it could be.

I been having problems with my idle for a while and took it to a guy to fix and he found a temporary solution which worked for about five minutes then he told me to take it to auto zone and get them to check if my computer was throwing codes (doin that tomarrow) you might wanna try that before anything else.
