how should I tubro a stock LS

im thinking about getting a 93 civic hatch and putting in a b18a and turbo, but i dont know what turbo will give me the quick spool and boost down the road. Also is using an FMU better then new injectors, its cheaper so im leaning towards that, but how much boost can i push with the stock motor. i had a buddy who pushed 14psi and used a 50 shot and lasted him for 8 months, but im looking for it to last a bit longer and run that hard, i dunno im just looking for feedback on turbos and my idea. Anything helps thax alot
P/S does anyone know of a good turbo kit for an LS motor?

T3/T4E54, 0.63, stage II, Ball Bearing Turbonetics Turbo. With a Racegate wastegate and you have a great start....Fast spooling with that turbo and elimanate "boost creep" with the Racegate!! And yes we carry a Turbonetics kit for your car. It has new fuel/timing upgrades and can go to 10psi safely. I would stay at 10psi or lower.....more boost the more that could go wrong. You would be very happy with 10psi anyways.
Good luck!

you can do 12psi if you change the head gasket but i dont recomend it all the time like cougarsvt said 10psi on stock internals.

Re: how should I tubro a stock LS

You can have up to 400+HP if needed. But at 8-10psi you should be near 225-275HP with a very fast spool time. That Turbo is the best i have seen out there....and dont be fooled, the Turbonetics BB can be rebuilt unlike Garret and others that cannot once they go bad.
