Favorite Simpsons Character? No contest here:

HOMER!!

I liked the episode where Mo changed his bar to Club M, and REM was the guest. I'd be hard-pressed to pick a favorite guest star, however.

LiuBei, I think you're absolutely right. Matt Groening and others who pull the strings of the show have been wise enough not to mess with the formula, i.e. by making it more main stream in producing a motion picture. Motion pictures have marked the peak and then rapid descent of notables like Beavis and Butt-Head, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the Jerky Boys, even... what's that kids' toy that was so popular a couple years ago? I'm completely blanking on it.. but I'm sure at least some of you know what I'm talking about... I think it originated in Japan. Anyway

homer is definitly the funniest character, however, the funniest thing i think ive ever heard anyone on that show say.....is when Ralph goes:
"i sleep in a drawer"......that line came out of no where. classic funny.

One of my all time favourite Simpsons episodes was the one with Aerosmith as guests with the Flaming Homer drinks. That's absolute classic!! :hehehe:

It's been so long since I have seen the Simpsons, but homers boss I believe Mr. Smithers ? For some reason that one sticks in my head.

I hope they make a Simpsons movie just to run it into the ground, when they decide to take it off the air. Not before though. My friends and I have discussed this before, and came to the same conclusion.

As for my favorite charachter...
That is a really hard question. That is harder than what is my favorite car, or what is my favorite beer, or which pipe is my favorite. I don't have a favorite. I guess maybe homer, or mayber ralph, or maybe police chief wiggum(sp). I really can't choose. That is what makes the simpsons the greatest show ever. The characters. So many good ones.
As for guest character, so many memories to choose from. I guess I would have to pick Cypriss Hill.

I would have to go with either Milhouse or Ralphie. Ralphie has the best lines, "Mrs. Hoover, my worm jumped into my mouth and i ate it, can i have another? No Ralphie, there aren't any more, just go to sleep while the other children learn. YAY, sleep, thats where i'm a viking!"

And yes, we all lover homer. "hey, where did you get the pie?' Window sill." And there is the old lady yelling at thim through the window. And when he chokes and dies on the piece of borcolli, gets sent back by St. Peter as a ghost, eats the same piece of brocolli and dies again. Too many other funny parts to name.


Some of the little characters are the best, the ones that only show up for one episode. The funniest one i can think of is the leprichaun (sp?) when homer gets cursed by the jypsie.

My favorite guest star is the group Nsync.. they looked so stupid on that show.. especially when one of the boy band member kept saying.. "THAT'S OLD SCHOOL"!!!!!!!!!
