wanting to turbo my d16z6, what do i need

i am swaping my d16a eith a d16z6. i want to turbo it befor i put it in the car. right now it is all stock internals. i want to run around 5-7 psi. what do i need to do to the motor. I've heard new pistons and rods. please help

FMU, fuel pump,intercooler, turbo , bov,split second clamp....that engine u can run 10psi....
with a head gap u can run 20 at most..
