i dont think a stock b20 will fit into a civic because the intake manifold will not clear the hood. so the b20 civic was probably fitted with a b16 vtec head. if that is the case get ready to get somked.

Re: gsr vs civic b20b
the only thing that wont fit is the intake manifold which is often switched out with a ls one. and the b20b is non-vtec

i have to jump in and add my
I raced a GSR integra at KCIR drag strip in independence, MO. I have an LS 91 hatch with I/H/E. The GSR had I/E. I beat him by .1 My engine had 140,000 miles on it, with a smashed header and no tuning. I've personally never raced a b20 civic, but seeing as how theyhave less horsepower and more torque, i think it would be a good race.. |

In defense of the GSR, it looks like(and I assume its your best) your 1/4 mile time is 15.524. If you ran your best against him, hed have ran atleast a 15.6 maybe 15.7, so he probably wasn't the best driver, but props for still winning.
I dont think its all that quick without a VTEC head cause it redlines at what, like 5500, 5600 with only 128hp. Thats just what i would think... correct me if I'm wrong. |

would be a good race.
the b20's going to have it off the line, but the gsr should pull back either top of 2nd, or in 3rd gear. btw...thats a slow gsr if it can only run 15.6 w/ i/e...
