Re: hottest s14

i know stealth, gotta have a system in your car, the bass and sound makes the ride so much more enjoyable. First thing I got for my car also was a new stereo system. When I bought it used, my rear speakers were blown and could not take it. So I went out to Best buy, got a pioneer system with a 50% discount, got that shit put in and man when I drive the experience is so much better. I didn't go all out like you did though stealth, it was a b-day present so I just got a good cd-deck w/ mp3 player capability and replaced the 4 speakers w/ new pioneers

what's wrong with nitrous?
you can spool a giant turbo in half the time. who wouldn't want that?

Why spend $1000 for a system when you could use that same thousand (plus a bit more) to turbocharge your KA? Cars come with a radio and speakers you know . My point is, that systems are for show. Why do you need all that bass anyway? So people will hear it and look at your car? Correct. Its for attention craved people, and I hate those people. This is probably going to piss more of you guys off, but too bad. My .

i like the yashio factory S14's...I think they are the best, and about the system, just a little system would do it for me..2-12's,2-6x9's, an amp,and a good cd player...

if you're coming out of a slow turn or you don't keep your engine in it's power band, a programed nitrous system can be very effective on a road course.

systems aren't necessarily just for show. some people like music. you're being extremely stereotypical, RyanGiorgio. the car already has over 400hp, why not put some good speakers in there? to me, theres nothing better then cruisin down an empty freeway, windows open, tunes crankin in a hot car. i'm not a fan of bumpin bass, but i would put a single 10" sub along with a 3 way component set up.

Re: hottest s14

it depends on my mood, sometimes loud music really hurts my ears and just plain annoys me, even if its a song i like..

sometimes if im feelin a rush i love loud music...

even though, id rather just keep the stock system.

and as for the yashio factory s14...its great, but i wouldnt drive a pink car unless i was part of the yashio team (id feel like a poser).

plus zenki owns kouki s14 anyday

i don't know. my cars stereo still doesn't work and i've had my 240 for a while. not having music in a car sucks. the only extent i would take it tho is a new head unit, new speakers and maybe an amp. no subs for me.
