X5 strengthning of the suspension/brakes?

I am trying to locate a company which does/can do strengthening of the suspension/brakes etc. of the BMW X5, - and/or the Porsche Cayenne model in order to make it (TUV) recognized with respect to a allowed total weight of 3500 kiloes (the company needs to be regarded as a "car factory" in the eyes of the rather stiff Norwegian bueraucracy, meening it must have a VMI code. I am looking to make as few changes as possible in order to increase the maximum allowed total weight of the cars. This due to that I intend to import as many as possible of these these cars to Norway formally registerd as trucks due to taxation regulations (hence the importance of the modified cars needing to be allowed a total weight of minimum 3501 kilos).

I know that there are companies in Germany able to perform this service, but I do not know who they are, hence it was naturally for me to post this "ad" as I find it likely that this is a kind of modification that someone using this forum would perhaps know who are able to perform.
