Those are another thing I add to my models, that and aerials, I even wrote a tutorial on adding valve stems .

I don't think it's a case of people not doing these things, it's a case of you're not noticing them.

Well... on all the kits i saw... i'd say wheels with working nuts... (racewheels) and rotating discs are a must for every ordinary model (besides ordering SAS Brake Kits)

At one time or another I have either seen or added everything mentioned on a model bar a running engine.If you can get access to them check out some old scale auto enthusiasts or car modeller magazines.
