help with vehicle inspection
hi guys i was wondering if anyone can help me with my problem. I am currently buying a 93 civic hb with an sir motor drop from vegas. i am bringing it back to california to register it. In order for me to register it i have to get the vehicle verified by the dmv or chp. and get it smogged. i know i can get it smogged and have it passed by someone, but the problem is the vehicle verification. do you guys know anyone that can pass the vehicle verification for me? or are there ways around it?
