i have a question

this guy i know has a shity ass SOHC VTEC hatch and he is runing a turbo that is only boosting 7 p.s.i.'s. he wants to run against my friend that has a '92 thunderbird that has a supercharger and is boosting 10 p.s.i.'s. do you think he should go 4 it?

what diff does it make? are they racing for money or something? the two cars are too different, you'd probably have to try it out.

his supercharger is boosting at 10 psi?

I'd have to say it would be close, the hatch might even take it.

the stock supercharged thunderbirds werent even v8... they were the ford 3.8L v6...

Why is it running at 10PSI? They came with 12PSI stock which produced 210BHP, but a sickening 315ftlbs. They can be chipped to make about 250bhp, but I still think the Thunderbird would take it if nothing else because of the torque advantage.
