A honda logo.

I got T-boned going through a green light at 70kmh.
Which then turned the car 90 degree, and I went sideways into a traffic light post.
The car was about 12 inchs narrower than it should have been, everything from the A pillar back was destroyed, still havnt figured out how I walked away.
There's a thread in the Civic forum with pics somewhere, you should be able to find it with the search function.

What did you do to the RS?
Its a shame they're both gone, would have loved to swapped cars for a drive one day.

HOLY SHIT!!!!! I gotta admit the Escort took it pretty damn nicely for 100 km/h. but damn! Kinda makes what happened to the Jetta look like a minor prang!!!! I'm guessing it wasn't insured

Damn what is it with the Kiwi crew and destroying cars lately???? I haven't seen what happened to Moppies car- but sounds pretty nasty either way- and now he's stuck with a lazy Honda as well! But after looking at the RS it's kinda hard to believe that a crumpled bonnet, smashed headlights, busted radiator and having the light cluster pushed back a few cm's was enough to write a car off (Mind you there were no spare headlights for a Mk2 in NZ ) spose it's good to see you guys again though

Moppie Since it seems clear enough that you were hit by a red-light runner- then that means that her insurance won't cover you right? Something to do with not checking the way is clear before moving- I heard that at defensive driving and nearly shat myself! Who the hell is moronic enough to place the blame of being hit by red light runners on the people going through the Green light??? Probably just an insurance company cop-out

Damn- was it in your dads name??? Or did you take out some kind of special insurance policy for a forced induction powered car for an Under 25?

Dang, that thread was before even MY time!!! I've been on AF for over 25 months now. I actually "missed" my 2-year anniversary. Oh well.
