I don't need a piece of paper to tell me what I know, my actions, and experiance speak for themselves. If I was going to get a paying job in the automotive field I would take the test (have taken part of it, didn't do too bad either) for the field I chose, but this is a hobby I have entertained for several years now, not a job An I highly doubt you know more than me about cars, performance, etc... but hey as always you can look it up on the intraw3b to try to sound teh smart. Like I told you before, I have forgotten more about cars than you have actual hands on knowledge, and there really is no need to try and respond with another "I know it all' statement, as no one wants to hear you drone on about how much you know. And yes even though my first car was an Accord, I have since then in the last sixteen years had quite a few other cars, and have built up a few for myself and others, so I know a little bit about other cars out there guy.

As a matter of fact, did you know Diego that hte ASE is broken down into catagories ranging from sales and service to deisel engine to transmission, to brakes ect...so if someone says they're ASE certified it don't mean jackshit unless it is in the field they tested and trained in.

Hondas are Hondas, you can not possibly compare any other car to them. Hondas are just a different animal. You can't compare an S2K to a Neon, if you take care of the S2K it will last 300,000 miles with out anything major breaking, neon? I don't know? Its a dodge, and its FI.

My dad's had his 87' Prelude for 330,000 miles now, had to replace the engine at 300,000 because the timing belt snapped (somewhere around 270,000), I don't know the details but the motor wasn't the same after that. The car hasn't needed any tranny work except for a new clutch. He claims its still as tight and solid as the day he got the car. He takes care of the car but that doesn't keep him from taking it out on the hills every once in a while.

Didn't intend to get into a testimonial there, but I would like to see an American car go that long with out something serious breaking. It just pisses me off having people rant on Honda, they know what there doing. Still it would be nice to see a RWD coupe out of them.

Yeah, I'm sure you know what Honda needs to do to keep up with Dodge. Maybe they should make you a CEO since you know what sells. Last time I checked, the RSX and Si have sold more than the SRT4.

Um, no a POS RT isn't going to beat a ITR, maybe a SRT-4, but not any POS Neon.

Try driving a s2000, then try complaining about the extra $13,000. I garrantee you, it is worth if over the SRT-4, it has alot better handle, reliability, looks a million times nicer, and the list goes on. It isn't just some slapped together for the mass's turbo project that some company put together in a vain attempt to keep up with the market <cough>srt-4<cough>, it has it's own market.

dude are you talking to me? if so i dont hate hondas i own one for a reason becuase they make good cars. im just saying it sucks that they cost so much. the srt-4 isnt the only car out there that can beat a honda, i mean think about it you can buy a EVO for what 28k. do you think thats a bad car to? what about the STI 32k around the same price as they s2000 but look what you get for around the same price a car thats a lot faster and doesnt look to bad.im not just talking about the srt-4 although that is really all that has been talked about i guess maybe a lot of you think im trying to beat up on honda but i not i like hondas i would just like to see the prices come down some i mean come on you wouldnt like the see the rsx-s come down to 19k-20k or the s2000 come down to 25k?

Hey 98-integra I see what you are trying to say and I agree that people should not get all pissed-off about the issue- you're just expressing your opinion- and not dissing honda and their cars. I think it might be nice for honda to go turbo but I like the fact that you can get a N/A honda at a very descent HP rating and boost it yourself. Cuz think- if Honda/Acura keeps producing better cars w/ better hp but N/A -then slapping a turbo or supercharger will smoke most things in the hondas or acuras class. Thats my But I hear where you are coming from.
