1997 Camry

If my AC is OFF (led Off on switch) and I turn my air flow dial all the way to the right down to Windshield only, my AC comes on, or at least the AC switch led is ON. Is this normal? Why is it setup this way?

Thanks in advance . . .

Bob

A/C light comes on

When You turn on the Defroster (windsield only) it will run the A/C that helps defrosting the windows, That is normal so do not worry
