Help with my swap please!
I swapped out my d16 for a b16, now i swapped my b16 for a b18, however i cant get the b18 to run. i get spark, gas, air, the fuel pump turns on, it turns over, but doesn't want to start, iv put all the grounds back on, but i feel that i may have missed a couple, i onyl put the tranny one on and the valve cover one on. i'm running a p72 ecu, hoever there are 2 wires and one plug running from my ecu to the engine bay, one goes to the vtec solenoid, and the sensor connects to the senors on the back of the block, under the intake manifold. what am i missing, i replaced the cap and rotor, with 94 integra ls/gsr parts, and got gsr wires/plugs. any ideas, please help, i need to get this thing going

Well in theory if you have spark, fuel and compression your car will run. You must not have one or all at same time. Do you even get a pop when it tries to start? Try giving it a quick squirt of starting fluid and if it pops then your injectors aren't working, or not enough fuel pressure or at least a fuel related problem.

well i'm thinking of trying that, and abot the b16, all i have left is the JDM b16a tranny, with an ITR final drive gear, pistons, an ITR intake manifold, and other random components

I found that the injectors arnt opening, if i find them to be good, what can i do about wiring, or what does it mean?

check the fuel line from the passenger side. My friend had his in the wrong spot and it wouldnt run either. Just a thought...
