Wheels are just light coat of mixed black / silver. If coating is too dark you can always take off layers with thinner. With the silver-coated rim pieces tho, too much thinner can take off even the original coating --> plastic red underneath...so be careful.

Very nice first model good shine and build. You might want to clean up the windows, they look a little dirty Hope to see more work from you!
