WHO DO YOU GUYS THINK WILL WIN
MY 1997 PRELUDE 2.2 DOHC VTEC 200 HP
OR A 2002 VW JETTA 1.8T 180 HP

given the same driver skills the prelude would win. I drove both cars and race my brother plenty of times. and I win but not by much

i hope you at least have some work done im mean i run with them now but i also have a jdm motor go for it you might have a wednesday motor

oh that is on a base 5th gen, on a auto the jetta would win.

my prelude is a 5sp. i have a aem cold air intake, air mass header and exhaust.

i dont know. both of em are good cars. Think it depends on the driver.
Prelude has about 200hp or more with a 2.2L
Jetta has 1.8L with approx 180hp with some turbo. (based on my friend's Jetta 2001)

Both are FF. I dont know the weight. But i would say its pretty close.
Correct me if im wrong anybody. Dont want to give wrong info.

the jetta weighs just a few pouds more than the my prelude.

There u go then man. All u need i some good driving skills and u could beat him easy. Start practicing ur Gran Turismo

Oh and btw, 3000 lbs, mine weighs 2000 lbs. Difference between olod and new generation ludes.
