just thought I'd add that my eD12A and Avonixx 800.2 came in and I installed them last night. I still have lots of tuning to do and I have to wait for it to break in, but it sounds damn nice already. With the gain on the amp at half way and the bass boost at half way it was hurting my ears and shaking my rear view so violently I could only see blurring blobs behind me. It sounds very punchy (it's in a 1cf sealed enclosure), very accurate, and very loud. I absolutely love it

It sounds really good, not to loud not to soft. Just right.
I know no one likes Aiwa but i've never had any problems with mine and it's got as much bang as any other player out there for my buck.
My next project is getting another HE2, and to get new 4X6's for the front speakers. Any suggestions on some good front speakers would be nice though.

1500x1@2ohm. thats about 1000 watts for each W7? reliable site. i actually got to visit their place a while back. friendly people. although they aren't an RF authorized dealer, you do get their warranty though. not bad.

the HO box. out. don't wanna know how much they costed you i have always enjoyed building my own boxes. really fun and saves a lot of money ($40 for materials)

thezeb also has renewed bd1000 for $349 each (free shipping). adds up to about $700 for both. not bad at all. although warranty only last for 3 months on renewed amps, i wouldn't worry since rockford was the one who repaired it. i'm sure they know what they're doing when it comes to their own amps.

those are the top 2 sites i would go to before going to the local dealer. both are authorized dealers for almost all their brands (over 90%) so warranty isn't much of an issue. soon, my friend will be opening up his own online store and can get many brands (polk, rockford fosgate, arc audio, etc) at wholesales price. again, just let me know when you need and i'll try my best to get it.

I'm so glad I didn't get a w7....I've listened to the one in the CarToys by my house and on the same songs, hell even the same cd that I play in my car it doesn't sound nearly as nice as my setup. I think it's because the one they have there is ported and I prefer the sound of a sealed box, but I still don't think they're worth nearly as much as they charge.
