My system rules, beats everyone else's.
It's completely stock and I plan on keeping it that way because I dont plan on keeping my truck, as soon as I find a nice Camaro or it's likes, with a 350 and manual in good condition I'm flippin gettin it. But I will tell you my plans for the car.In the back behind the rear seats on that board or w/e, I plan on 3 Alpine Type R's 12 inch, I've seen 2 of them before, they are fucking awesome, then I'll prob just go all Alpine at that point, with door speakers and 6 by 9's, and the head unit will either be a 9807 or 9811, maybe a higher 9800 series. I'm not sure on ampst though cuz those get expensive as hell with such high power, but i'll prob just get two, on mono for the middle sub, then one 2 channel for the other two. Any comments from anyone else on what that'll be like?? I personally think it will be pretty good, and pretty damn loud but i might go just two 15's in there too, not sure yet.

they sound like a W6 on steroid. lol. one of the best sounding sub ever! bought 2 of them for $400 shipped (sold one for $400, thus i paid nothing for 1 10W7) the bottom end is very very nice. forgot the word..but its not laid back like my idmax (which i love as much as the w7) for my next sub..i'm going to build one. muahahaha.

ive yet to test it by my system when it comes in is as follows.
Lanzar VBD1600MP: 240W Am/Fm/CD/Mp3 stereo deck. 1 pair of Pyramid 6591: Three Way 6.5" door speekers.(50Hz-30kHz response) 1 pair of Pyramid 6991: Three Way 6x9's(30Hz-32kHz response) 2 Pyramid PWRD12: 12" royal red sub woffer(27hz response) 1 lanzar opti 500.2: 2 x 450W@4ohm mosfet amp(for the subs) 1 lanzar opti 200.2: 2 x 190W@4ohm mosfet amp(for the 6x9's) 1 Legacy LCA200DRD: 2 Farad Digital Power Capacitor(for the sub amp) before you tell me i know that pyramid arent the greatest speekers. but they do preforme extremly well for the price and with a quality setup they sound pretty damn nice. at this point im not in a position to pay 30 dollars more per speeker to pick up 10HZ lower bass response. i do belive that this system should kick up some pretty nice tunes. at a later point in time i do plan to install some better quality speekers but i belive these should still do damn well. |
