VQ and VG are TOTALY different engines.

I thought he meant since theres a picture of a VG30 in a S13, you can fit a VQ in.
The only reason Im not sure a VQ will fit is because it was designed to fit amidship, with the centerpoint of the engine behind the front axle, hence the really long front ends on the G35, FX, 350Z etc. If theres a way to make it fit, then it would be an amazing swap.
