With those numbers it will be a quick car, I just hope they have made some other improvements because up to this point Neons have been poor-quality. That's not true of all Chrysler products, but it is in this case. The early Neons used stamped-steel ball joints and other flimsy suspension components, and I know more than one Neon owner who tapped a curb and did hundreds of dollars worth of damage to their suspensions.
The new Neon's torque number is much more impressive to me than it's HP number. Many Honda guys don't like to talk about torque, and with good reason.
