I love it when people treat Hollywood FICTION as if it were a documentary. Please forgive me but I have not offered any of my hard-earned money for either of these kiddie flicks (noting that they were both aimed at teenage boys), but I'm sure very little in either movie reflects the real world.
The "muscle car" in the first film was all special effects...as are ALL of the cars in both movies. "...did you see how that car was almost flipping in those hard turns?" If the car hugged the road, you claim it couldn't handle that well...regardless if it could or not. If it was "almost flipping," I'm sure it was PLANNED that way...just to give you the image that they were going really fast. It's not a documentary...it's all FAKE. Stop treating it like anything more than a piece of fantasy. Are you people the same ones who had a problem with the Coyote getting hit on the head with an anvil week after week in the Road Runner cartoons? |
