nah they're mostly Mustangs/Mustang GT's but they're all Auto lol no one knows how to drive a stick, I eat GT's with the Max... the tuned ones, no because the drives DO have a stick (in some they do). For the most part they suck, the Lude hasn't seen any Mustangs yet... it's just a matter of time.

Hold up, no, 160hp preludes do not eat Mustang GT's. I am VERY "up" on car statistics, and yes, the preludes did have 160hp. We're talking about a 1992 here. This thing is no more than an economy car. If a Mustang GT is actually racing a prelude or a Maxima, it WILL win, regardless of transmission type.
What blows my mind is that a statement like I made is responded to with astonishment. I know rice-boys don't know much about cars, but anyone who knows ANYTHING about cars or has even read a page of a car magazine knows that stock for stock and mod for mod, Mustang GT's are much faster than any of these VTEC 4-bangers. THIS IS NOT A MATTER OF OPINION, it is a fact. A new Mustang GT does 0-60 in 5.4 secs. I'm TELLING you, Preludes do not come close, especially 1992's with 125k miles. That is not a sports car. Would you believe that my Z-28 SS can outrun a 1992 Prelude, or is that also absurd? |

I'm not gonna start a war here so I'm going to *TRY* and remain general with my statements, okay as I said the drivers in my town suck, because it's true, I've not met a mustang yet IN MY TOWN (that I've raced, I don't touch the moded ones) that has given me any problems, they're loaded down with so much CRAP and wiggered out to hell that they can't move it seems, I never said anything about Z28's other than one owned my ass not long ago, and that I think they're one of the ugliest hunks of metal on the road. I never raced a prelude, I'm in the process of aquiring mine, that was with my Max. The Stock mustangs are nothing, I know statistics, and you have no right to call me a "rice-boy" cause I said it was the drivers, it had to be, because yes they have more HP I'm not ignorant.
You've got some nerve attacking me and making the assumtion I don't know what I'm talking about, for that matter I don't know what I've seen, I don't care if you designed the damn mustangs, just cause they have the power doesn't mean the retard driving knows how to use it, I think it's been proven that HP and "Statistics" aren't all that matters when racing. This is not a flame what I am about to say is an observation, you 96z28SS attacked me about "I'm TELLING you, Preludes do not come close, especially 1992's with 125k miles. That is not a sports car." though this is what I said, maybe you can't read, I said "the Lude hasn't seen any Mustangs yet... " where you got that I said that it has beaten any mustangs I will never know, I imagine back home if I can beat them with a 3200lbs+ (or so) Max with 4 gears and 160 HP then 160HP 5 gears and 2866Lbs' I'll stand a better chance. Next time please read everything before you attack me, it makes you look really stupid.

Another INGENIOUS statement brought to you by 96zx28SS!
Dude, I'm American born, and raised, so don't even make up shit Yeah, if I can beat em with a Max, then the prelude will have no problem... Dude pull your head out of your ass and read Maybe they didn't teach reading comprehension where you live or something, or maybe you just missed that day cause you were too busy watching NASCAR Dude, just read and think before you post, but if you don't want to, that's cool I'm getting a good laugh from this! Ignorance is bliss isn't it? At least to the people who observe it ![]() Edit: oh yeah, I forgot something, mileage doesn't mean much if you take care of the engine man

Oh, sorry, I guess I assumed that you were foreign since you support foreign corporations. I guess you are just anti-American.
Aside from a slew of rootless insults, you're really not doing much to defend your precious Prelude. What you've told me is that you aren't ignorant, but a 160hp Maxima and a 1992 Prelude are two cars that are faster than Mustangs. That is a very generic statement. It is true that they are faster than a 1989 4 cyl, 88 hp Mustang (I hate to remind myself of such things), and maybe also faster than an automatic 1996 Mustang V6 convertible. Why don't you get more specific with these phantom victories you've had in your mom's Nissan Maxima? Were these the forementioned Mustangs, or were they Mustang GTs? Was your opponent actually racing? How many were there? A statement as bold as "Mustangs are nothing" or "Plenty of new victims for me" needs support. I can say for sure that my car will outrun any stock Prelude from any year, but your Prelude can only outrun a very small population of bottom-of-the-line Mustang coupes. For you to win a race against a new GT would require that he either be totally incompetent with a manual transmission or not racing. If he, too, has an automatic transmission, then there is no skill involved, and the faster car will win. Let's see what you've learned today - which car would win? The automatic Mustang GT driver who floors it, or you in your 1992 Honda Prelude? |
