What hassles do you guys have???
Hi guys.
this is a question for all of you out there that own a skyline r32 - r34 mainly speaking.... Im interested in buying an r-34 but after speaking to some mechanics and stuff they seem to all believe that these cars are a pain in the backside to repair and get parts for... i would just like to hear a little input from anyone who owns a skyline. What experiences have you gone thru with repairs and how easy was it to fix... are parts easy to come by ? Is it true that you have to import many parts from Japan when the care needs more than a tune up [i mean like if u trash the engine or something, not if u need to change ur oil filter ] cheers guys

alot of mechanics and places in Aus use these old excuses to charge large amounts of money for repairs but in reality the parts are becoming more available as more and more of the cars are imported into the country.

That is true Taz and in saying that many of the parts have dropped in price.
At the end of the day it is a GTR and they are high maitinance and high cost over the other skyline models.
