GReddy Evolution, Like it just fine, no problems for me
Just remember that you need to order the exhaust application for the 94+ LS/97+ Type-R. 94-99 GS-R applications will not fit the 2000-2001. |

really! i have to order the 94+ LS or the 97+ type R exhaust cuz the 99 gsr system won't fit the 2000? so the ls and type R systems of the years you mention will fit right? do you guys prefer the evo to the competition like the apex n1?

![]() Anyways - the EVO is a great exhaust. I also recommend the A'PEXi World Sport. I heard it is similar to the EVO in sound as well. Tanabe, A'PEXi, HKS, GReddy, Kakimoto R (yes!), THermal Reseach and Development, Skunk2, Mugen, Spoon, basically any large name manufacturer makes good exhausts. IT really comes down to a few things 1) Sound - just ask around - the EVO, WS, Dunk all have deep, pretty quiet in low RPM -- whereas the more 'N1' style exhausts are usually loud as crap and not as deep (though the Tanabe RM accomplishes deepness pretty well) 2) Look of muffler - if you don't want a big tip ES is a good manufacturer as well as Mugen. The EVO has a pretty large tip, as with most aftermarket exhuasts. 3) F/I/nitrous or NA: For F/I and nitrous purposes at 2.75" to 3" exhaust system is usually required for best performance (2.5" is good and for lower boost and lower shot of nitrous go for the 2.5/2.75" as opposed to the 3" for higher boost and the like) For NA stick w/ 2.5 and the like. peace boi
