turbo.
super charger.
nitrous.
port and polish your head.

some intakes have been seen to make that much power.
some exhausts have been seen to make that much power.

put a quality I/H/E package together, and you'll increase it that much.

Have you done any of these things yourself, other than the I/H/E. A good I/H/E set up will give 10 llb/ft. Byut I am looking for much more. I have heard of everything but the head port and polish. Do you have any of the specs on that and performance numbers???

i personally have my head ported and polished...
but it's milled 30 thousandths as well...

to get you an idea...

the last time i was at the track, (mind you it's an 89 prelude si)

i ran 16.6 for my fastest time on a great track.
stock motor, only aftermarket piece was a custom exh.

now, with a rebuilt motor, custom intake, dc header, thermal exh, p&p head, cam gears...

it runs 16.1.

of course, this was on a less sticky track that's slightly uphill and a little bumpy.

i think it's worth a 15.8 or so.

but i did feel a massive increase in the headwork right after i got it done.
so that's your answer, the long way.

i'm not sure sure what the p&p did on it's own, b/c i milled the head at the same time to raise compression, and therefore help raise power...
but it's worth it...

if you're staying n/a, and taking the head off, getting it milled slightly helps get compression up.

just as an overview on the p&p

what's done is:
the walls of the head are smoothed, as they are slightly textured... polished.

the ports on the head, intake and exhaust, are enlarged to match the intake and exh.

in my case, i had the intake manifold polished and port matched as well...
