by RPM im thinking you mean a tachometer. Since you live in canada im not sure what an SE civic is. 4th gen's come with a choice of a couple engines and trim packages, the most hp being the Si/EX engine (d16a6) with 108hp. You can tell an Si engine becuase it will have multiport injection (MPFI) with rather large plenum and intake runners.

then there is the DX/LX engine (d15b2). It is easy recognizable by its "Dual Point" injection system (DPI). This engine makes 92hp and doesnt respond well to mods.

Lasty, there is the CRX HF engine which is a d15b6 and makes somewhere in the neighborhood of 70hp. It has MPFI as well, only on a smaller scale.

Which one do you have?

the cars that came with tachometers (in the US anyways) were the LX/EX sedan, CRX HF, and civic/CRX Si.

tach's were optional in almost every honda car, i have one in my DX so you cant base it on that.

this "special edition" is prolly just an lx or something that dealer slapped some badging on, the hp and tq, should be the same as any other lx engine.
