would like to know alot about 2.0 SPI Swap

Alright i have decided to go with the 2.0 SPI i know it has 110 hp but how much would it have if i droped the turbo on it. and does that engine come out of the 97 escort lx or what year. aslo i have a 95 escort LX and its an automatic and if i do this swap im going to want to get a 5 speed do i get it from the escort that i get the engine from? And i would really like to know just alot of info about the 2.0 SPI. Thank you for your time.

take the 97 SPI it will work easier.. your auto or the 95 MTX works with the SPI its preaty much the same as the CVH 1.9L that you have. As for the turbo you can pull 200 with tunning... talk with jeffscort for more info... and also check out www.escortracing.com I hope you are happy with the motor.
