Which spark plugs for mini-me ?
What spark plugs do I use for a d16y8 head with a d16a6 block on a CRX ? If anyone has experience with this swap, just let me know what plugs works best and what the gap is set at. Thanks.

..I"d use whichever NGK that is specified for the particular ignition system you're using...and I"m assuming that's 88-91...so...

Re: Which spark plugs for mini-me ?
That's what I thought too. But I started to think about if the spark plug gapping is based on the ignition for the specified year or is it based off the varying compression ratio's of the engine. Basically, with a mini me set up the compression ratio is higher than a stock d16a6 crx block and head, so does it also mean the spark plug has to fire differently than the stock CRX was specified for?

bosch platinums, some people will say they are very good in our cars, but performance wise they are right with NGK and other iridium plugs, sometimes better
