Engine Questions??

I had to replace my 91 si engine because of high km's and alot of missing oil. so I put in a sohc carbeurated ZC engine, and used my stock intake to make it a fuel injected sohc ZC engine, does anyone have any idea what the specs of this setup would be?? (the block is stamped ZC 5705699, and came with a black valve cover if that helps, and the engine seemed to come from an automatic car, with air conditioning)
Is this a better engine for bolt on performance than my d16a6 would be??

I also got a new transmission with the deal and it has a gold sticker which says L3 1648642 on it, does anyone know anything about this transmission, is it better than my stock transmission?? If it helps it bolted into my car with no mods and my stock axles fit into it, however the transaxle seals were very hard to come by..

I know that i should have got the dohc ZC engine for more hp but this was sort of a quick fix to solve my oil burning problem.
