I personally like the original body style Diablos. The newer rounder shape never grew on me so I'm thinking of buying the latest of the old style. I think that would be late 98. Does anyone have any opinions/experience on the 98 VT positive or negative

I like the newer Diablos, just because the have evolved throughout the years and I like each one better, My favourite Diablo however would be the 99' VT roadster, they don't make roadsters anywmore so that would be reason #1, I also like the front end setup a bit better than the current model.

Take a look at the 2000 Millenium Edition and you'll see that the 1999 VT Roadsters really look great.
I've had this baby in my garage for a week (when not driving it) and I'll say that my wife and I certainly did a major comparison between it and a new 2001 VT 6.0 at the showroom. Well...the look with the top off and the convertable issue clinched it for the Roadster and I have no regrets at all. Never ever come close to having so much fun with a car !! ..slag.. |

Slag, are you located in Southern California, if so, did you purchase your car from Platinum Motors?

Nope..I'm in NE Illinois and bought my Roadster from FoxValley Motorcars in West Chicago.
I'll get some pics online soon. I'm not at all computer literate, but a friend witha digital camera took a few shots on Sunday. ..slag.. |

abstract...the Millenium Roadster as described on Lambocar's site, states the following 3 differences, which, IMO, certainly don't detract from the car's appearence.
1) The titanium color is a shade lighter than for previous roadsters. 2) The seats are a combo of black and grey. 3) The rear has a black carbon fiber rear spoiler. After a half an hour of playing around w/Photo Shop and one Gin and Tonic I'm still clueless as to how to trim and reduce the file size to post it here. As I've seen many nice pics of your supercars here, I hope you won't mind if I email you a pic (rear-angle shot ) to post here and perhaps if you can tell me what I need to do with Photo Shop Deluxe as I have several more pics to post. ...slag... |
