WIP Truck... Yes Or No?

i dont know about you guys but i personally think that there should be a
WIP Truck category.. i think we should have this because i love to build truck models and i dont think that they trchnically fall into any of the WIP categories that we already have. plus it would make it alot easier to keep an eye on the progress... let me know what you all think.

Re: WIP Truck... Yes Or No?

No- Trucks fit easily into the currently existing categories. Is it a racing truck? It goes into motorsports. Is it a muscletruck? it goes into musclecars. Is it something else? It goes into street/show.

Trucks are not unique enough (nor are their enough built here) to justify tampering with the hierarchy here.

Re: WIP Truck... Yes Or No?

I say yes because it's hard to find truck WIP's and
the street section is too crowded, mine's way back
a few pages already. Plus trucks are cool.

Re: WIP Truck... Yes Or No?

I would also say yes: I think they are a varied enough topic that they could use their own section: 4x4s, big rigs, street trucks, racing trucks, show trucks, low-riders, etc.

Re: WIP Truck... Yes Or No?

Personally don't see the need. There are so few built here and they can already be categorized easily.

Re: WIP Truck... Yes Or No?

I was thinking about another sub-forum that includes trucks, suvs, AT-vehicles, movie vehicles....that sort. Maybe could be called 'non-mainstream models'.
These types of models are not as popular and are extremely hard to find in the current sub-forums.

Re: WIP Truck... Yes Or No?

i'd like to see a truck sub-forum. it would be a good place to divide trucks (as in pick-ups) and commercial vehicles from the other sub-forums.

Re: WIP Truck... Yes Or No?

I would agree on a truck section on PRINCIPLE, but as was pointed out, very few trucks are ever built here anyway.

Re: WIP Truck... Yes Or No?

Maybe If there was a place for them you would see more on here. I say yes. What "hierarchy" are you guys talking about???? It would be another couple of buttons to click on, whats the big deal?? If you don't want to click on them then don't, but don't discriminate just because you don't and you don't know of anyone else that builds trucks.

Re: WIP Truck... Yes Or No?

There are too many sub forums as it is so personally I don't think so. Just my opinion.
