Sorry for the late reply, but I just found this site. I own a 92 G20. To answer your question, yes the LH & RH power window motors are interchangable back to front & vice versa. I swapped the LH rear door motor into the drivers door (LH front) & propped the rear door window up with a piece of wood. I did this about a year ago & it works fine.
