What I did when I mounted on my Momo Race Leahter shift knob;
First I got my self a hair dryer, Why? To heat up the shift knob, then I used a plummer sort of thing and just screwed it of, very easy, with lots of heats that is. If you dont warm it up, it`s very difficult!
