My understanding is that "super white" means that it is a true white beam. As in, it's not that ugly yellowish color. I call my headlight bulbs "super white" because they aren't blue, and most definately aren't yellowy.

As for the other terms, it could even vary by manufacturer. My guess would be that the "super plasma" would be rather blue in color; the most like HIDs.

Any other questions are probably best answered by a sales person. They ought to have an idea of what those words acutally mean, and they also should be able to direct you to what would most closely give you what you're looking for.

I have seen super plasma, they LOOK closer to HID, but they are just about the same brightness as stock on an integra. Super white , just whiter than halogen, but they have some high watt choice so you should get some improvement there.

And they are Piaa i am talking about, never seen the extreme white personally, thinking it is jsut super white, but more white

Superplasma looks more like a purplish color, pretty nice in my opinion. I have a Groupbuy on HID if you are interested as well and if you have a lot of spare cash to spend at the moment

super white - produces white beam at night but kind yellowish in daytime
extreme white - more white-ish than super white as I would think
super plasma - has blue tint on the bulb that produces a blue beam
super extreme - produces extreme white in low beam and super white in high beam
